Add One cut tea bag of “Blue Water Lily Tea” in to a teapot and one cup of boiled water. Brew 3-4 minutes and strain. Best without sweeten or with Kithul (Fish tail palm tree) [Caryota urens]  Jaggery. Drinking 2 cups of tea in the morning and the evening will give you below health benefits.
